A neon witch fever dream of a podcast — fantasy books, big feelings, custom drinks (because we love a good ritual), and a worldwide coven of witchlings who feel things deeply and aren't sorry about it. You didn't find this by accident. You were summoned here. 🌙
For almost a decade, I've been a photographer. I built a business I'm proud of — documenting love stories in the mountains, working with incredible couples and fellow creatives (and thankfully, still do!). Creativity was literally my job.
But somewhere along the way, I started to believe that if I didn't have a camera in my hand, I wasn't being creative. When your creativity is tied to your income, it changes things. My brand became my entire identity, and I couldn't figure out where it ended and I began.
Then, out of nowhere, I joined a book club. Just to connect with the girlies — a few cocktails, some in-person time. I had absolutely no idea my life was about to change forever. I know that sounds dramatic. It's completely true.
What started as girl time cracked open a creativity in me I thought I'd lost forever. These books held up a mirror. They opened conversations I didn't know I needed. They launched me into a whole new world of possibility, reinvention, and — most importantly — play. We forget how vital that is as adults.
"I was mid-voice-note to my best friend when the words just fell out of my mouth: 'We should start a fantasy podcast.' And here we are. Still slightly unhinged. Absolutely no regrets."
So, welcome, Witchlings. We're just getting started, and I am throwing my whole heart, soul, and chaotic creative energy into this. Something new. Something just for fun. Something purely because it brings me joy — and connects me with people like you.
What started as a tiny book club is becoming something genuinely ridiculous and magical — a global coven of witchlings gathering to laugh, spiral, make themed drinks on a Tuesday, and feel dramatically less alone about all of it. If you've ever finished a chapter and immediately needed someone to lose their mind about it with you — hi, hello, welcome home. Pull up a chair. We made you a drink. 🌙
Peer reviewed by absolutely no one. Certified by zero institutions. Endorsed by pure chaos and very strong feelings. Use accordingly.
Every book we read gets a spice rating — because the Witchlings deserve to know if this episode requires a glass of water or a whole fire extinguisher.
Every episode has a structure. We do not skip the structure.
First, Danielle makes a drink. A custom mocktail — alcohol-free, inspired by the book, named dramatically, and made live on air with full chaotic energy. The recipe is in the show notes every single time. Make it at home. Sip along. And yes — if cocktails are your vibe, we always include modifications for that too. No one gets left behind. This coven is for everyone.
Then, we go deep. Not a surface-level summary. Not "here are the plot points." We slow all the way down and actually sit with what the story made us feel — the characters, the magic, the found families, the love interests we'd make genuinely terrible decisions for, and the moments that absolutely wrecked us. We stay in it. We are not sorry. Every book also gets an official spice rating (one through five peppers, peer reviewed by absolutely no one, certified by zero institutions).
And then — The Bubbling Bitch. Our sacred listener cauldron, where your wildest questions, unhinged theories, and impassioned hot takes get pulled and read live on air. Every. Single. Episode. No wrong answers. The bar is on the floor and we love it there.
Every episode, without exception: one book, one mocktail (+ cocktail mods), one deep emotional dive, one official spice rating, and one round of certified unhinged audience participation. It is a whole thing. We made it a whole thing on purpose.
Got a theory living rent-free in your head? A question so unhinged only a bubbling cauldron could contain it? A hot take that needs a public airing? Danielle reads every single submission. The wildest ones make it on air. 🫧
No wrong answers. No judgment. Just Danielle, a cauldron, and your certified unhinged energy.
Every episode gets its own completely unhinged custom brew — always mocktail-first, inspired by the book, named dramatically, and made on air with full chaotic energy. Cocktail modifications always included. Recipes in the show notes every time. The coven is waiting.
This is a whole coven of warm, chaotic, story-obsessed humans who cry at the same chapters, hype each other up relentlessly, and make mocktails on a Tuesday for no reason at all. Come be feral with us.
